The Carbon Acedia

Rolling Tree Skateboards is pleased to announce the new Carbon Acedia topmount, the first deck of our new 2017 lineup. Designed by our global community of skateboarders, the Carbon Acedia is the product of 2 years of R&D in composite skateboard layups. The result is a super stiff deck (4.25 lbs average) with a build quality that will make you wonder why you would pay $300+ for other carbon decks.

The Carbon Acedia measures 35″ long and 9.4″ at the widest, tapering down gently to the kick.  The 7 ply maple core sits between a composite topsheet, and the 10.9 oz. Carbon Fiber sheet, which is hand laid using solvent-free epoxy system. The wheelwells and edges are finished in a zero VOC beeswax-based finish, making the Acedia series an eco-friendly family of longboards.

The concave of this board, like all decks in the Acedia series, is why riders love this longboard. The hourglass concave in the front foot is complimented by the dong W and flaired features, locating your feet precisely. The W creates the perfect pocket for toesides and locking in your feet while sliding over chunder.

The Acedia series feature 22-26″ wheelbases, giving the rider flexibility to create the perfect setup for their style. The Carbon Acedia has an MSRP of $199.99, and is available online and select downhill skateboard shops. We also offer the Acedia with regular composite finish for $149.99.
